Velka 3 5800x3d Thermals

Ive seen multiple builds here where people are running Ryzen 5800x3d in a Velka 3 usually with L9a or AXP90x37 cooler. These posts report stable temps which motivated me to make the jump.

After swapping out my 5600x for a 5800x3d, Ive had to dramatically underclock to stabilize temps when running Kombustor CPU burner. With -30 All Cores, 95 PPT, 65 TDP, 90 EDC, CPU package temps stabilize at 88C. I am using a AXP90x37 cooler with Silverstone AS90.

Keep in mind this is with a custom 3D printed side panel and 2 external top vent fans. When running 5600x, the 3D printed side panel reduced temps by 3C. Top exhaust fans reduced temps by ~3C. I am finding it hard to believe people can run 5800x3d stock in a unmodified velka 3. Thankfully even with the undervolt, the 5800x3d still outperforms my 5600x in AI tasks (100% load).

Can anyone else with this combination (velka 3 + 5800x3d) reply with your temps at full load? If you had to underclock what Core/PPT/TDP/EDC values were you able to get temps stabilized at full load?
